Green Tea = weight loss?

Is green tea works best for weight loss? I'm looking to lose about 8-10 pounds to go as almost perfect. Could someone please tell me details about green or herbal tea methods??

Green tea is good, but do not rely on it too much to lose weight. Drink plenty of water after exercise, do not put sugar in green tea, which should also help. Anyway, do not expect to lose weight too quickly with this method, but it is a healthier way. There are real slimming herbal teas out there, but more as laxatives.
