Weight Watchers dumplings / pot stickers recipe?

i dumplings loooveee me and my boyfriend go to a Chinese buffet every weekend, but now I'm in my African diet lol i would go there as a low weight observers meatballs recipe and if anyone knows of a dumpling sauce recipe spicy please tell me too:) i do not really care for just the soy sauce and chili sauce I want something very spicy for my dumplings thanks:) already tried www.dwlz.com!

Chicken and Dumplings 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 can fat-free cream of chicken soup 6 cookies (Pillsbury Golden butter cookies home canned-2pt per biscuit) 2 cups water 1 tablespoon of any flavor broth Cut chicken into bite sized pieces. Add all ingredients except crackers and cook simmer for 5-6 hours. Add salt, pepper and other seasonings that you like. In the last 30 minutes of cooking, turn pot, pot up and tears cookies 1 inch pieces and add to slow cooker. Yesterday 3 / 4 cup portions in May 6 WW pts per serving.
