Does Oolong tea helps you lose weight?
I heard that Oolong tea can help assist you with a safe diet to lose weight. Does anyone know what foods should I eat while drinking oolong tea to promote weight loss?
Well, it works as a diuretic. (It helps to promote movement bowl and help clean the liver.) Therefore, good enough for you. You wouldnt lose much weight off of it, however, unless you follow the diet and regimen exercise. Add more fruits, vegetables, fiber and whole to your diet. Oatmeal, preferably organic can be used interchangeably with fruit and whole wheat bagel for breakfast. Salad with light dressing, and maybe a bowl of soup for lunch. dinner to the top with a nice little protein, fat, like chicken or fish. If you vegetarian, then tofu is a good source of protein. (Just one example of some of the things you can eat.) Soda Court, drink at least eight glasses of water day. Skim milk has been proven good for weight loss, or if you do not like milk, yogurt. If you like to drink juice, juice is better yourself, because most juice has all the excess sugar in it. Leafy vegetables, legumes, etc. Oh, and a little advice, stay away from the Gatorade and Powerade, say they can actually make that weight gain if you are sweating a lot. Also, if you can, its always good to be someone else to do with you, or join some support to lose weight, their chances increase significantly greater than when you go alone. Hope this helped!
