I’m currently taking green tea pills to help me to lose weight. Does anyone know if they really work?
I’m trying to lose 10 pounds for my sisters wedding in june. I work out everyday and eat very healthy, but i started taking green tea pills to help boost my weight loss.
yes it does work if you take enough but more importantly you need to get the fat loss process started first with changes in the diet and exercise. then once you have achieved fat loss with that adding in green tea or any other diet will pill will help to speed the fat loss process. do not think that by simply adding green tea supplements to your diet that you will lose fat, it does not work that way for most.
