Weight Watchers Appetizers

A good recipe for ….?
Does anyone have a good Weight Watcher's recipe for a snack that can lead to a birthday party for this purpose week?
Weight Watcher Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms 24 large white mushrooms – 1 / 4 cup chopped shallots – or onion 2 cloves garlic – minced 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning 1 / 4 cup water 10 oz chopped spinach – thawed and drained Wash mushrooms and carefully remove stems. Place tops out in nonstick jelly-roll and pop bread in the oven for 5-10 minutes to dry and cook slightly. Set the caps aside. Finely chop the mushroom stems. Sauté onion garlic and balsamic vinegar in small saucepan. When onion begins to turn translucent add mushroom stems, water and seasoning. Cook a few minutes. Add spinach and cook until almost all water evaporates. Mound spinach mixture into mushroom caps, pressing on the lids. Preheat oven to 300-350 F. Low and bake for 10-15 minutes until tops are hot and cooked mushrooms. Makes 24 servings.
