Im going to the store with my mom and hav a few preguntas. "I like the Quaker Oats Instant Oatmeal and apples and cinnamin cinamin i like the best, ive tried and spices and maple and brown sugar and apples cinamin n still is my favorite. the question is what flavors are very good that I should try? Also, is the reduction of sugar in the apples n cinamin differeent like a lot or bad? can be another thing I want to start to do laps for the school lunch'm tired of the same old thing … what is a good machine whole grain tortillas wrap things that are low in calories but do not waste any weight watcher. You can also, I just realized that we have a magic wand! I want to make some smoothies and milkshakes-nd give me recipes ingredients shopping! Finally, in search of a new cereal. we want a healthy fiber has not create crazy high in calories and taste great! I was thinking about getting life cinamin. anything else you think should get in the shop right ahead and say it! thanks

Never had reduced sugar apple cinnamon and oatmeal, but peaches and cream is delicious! However, for health and the calories you choose to eat at the moment "no" oatmeal. Put a little honey in the region therein. As for the whole grain tortillas, I honestly do not know specific brand names. Sorry. But look for tortilla made with "sprouted" grains. Much more healthy for you and know very well. Veggie wraps and cheese are excellent. A little cheese of choice, some shoots, thinly sliced cucumber, tomato, red peppers roast … basically anything you want .. (I spread with wasabi mayonnaise or mayonnaise with horseradish). Or you can roast vegetables brushed with olive oil and then refridgerate and use. My favorite is the blackberry and raspberry smoothie frozen (or fresh, of course, but they are quite expensive), some vanilla yogurt and a little honey area. Life Cinnamon is high in calories and sugar. Love is however. I tend to lean Special K or Special K with strawberries. I can not ever say that compared the sugar / calorie content but I think it is less than the Life. If you really want to cut the sugar and calories go for friction puffed rice, cereals puffed wheat found in bags. Buy Stuff!
