That is very balanced, healthy and controlled diet. You have incuded basically all food groups in your meals, which includes all the nutrients your body needs to survive and function properly. Remember to drink eight glasses of water per day minimum, especially when exercising to stay safe and hydrated. Portion sizes are important aswel, stomach is the size of a fist so that every meal should be in a saucer, and should stop eating when you feel satisfied – not full. You should fill with water during the day too. You have included a fair amount of exercise along with healthy and balanced diet. You are very healthy for a teenager, and sure to keep your BMI in a healthy range 18.5 to 24.
