Weight Watchers Vegan Diet

What Weight Watchers fact imply?
I have 21 and 15 pounds overweight … I've been trying to lose intermittently for about 5 years, but I keep coming back to my addiction to junk food (it is a true addiction, I think). I have been working over the past month and I'm losing fast enough, but can have everything I want …. addicts will continue to crappy food. Could you help watchers meetings weight on me at all? Or I be better off with something like over-eaters anonymous? Ps …. I'm vegan and I worry that it will be difficult to follow the Weight Watchers diet or in the system.
Am and I love it. You have a certain number of points each day, based on your weight, activity level, age, height, etc. .. (I have 29 pts a day) also has 35 extra points each week to use as you wish. The great thing about the program is that you can still eat everything you love cake, even ice cream, margaritas … But start to realize how you can enjoy those things in moderation without ruining your diet. If you are vegan, I think it is fairly easy for you to keep with the program. The Most vegetables are 0 points so you can eat as much as you want. Instead, he pays attention to the rest of the food it consumes. I say give it a try!
