not losing weight?
I'm on Weight Watchers and the gym at the same time taking long walks. Why the hell it does seem to scale continue to be a hell of a problem? I am not as fat as I thoguht I was and my body is telling me my weight is fine or something?? or that some diets not for some people? Heres a good example. I have not had potato chips, candy, pizza, etc since May. wtf?
make sure you are eating a variety of foods different and that we are making a variety of different exercises .. if you keep doing the same your body gets used to it .. sure to surprise your body with things new and that will help you lose weight .. Weight lifting also helps you lose fat .. muscles burn fat .. (No heavyweight) also muscle weighs more than fat so even if the U can weigh as much or may actually look better
