Will my hair grow back??
Just this past summer I lost 30 pounds in 2 months. I feel much better, but I have experienced some loss hair: (I'm a man of 19 years … and went 220-190 (6'3 I'm "). I am very depressed about this. It is not noticeable if I wash my hair the right way … but it is a blow to someone like her hair was so thick. It is possible that they were not getting the right amounts of nutrients required to maintain full head of hair. Me would strongly suggest up to a multiple vitamin and mineral suppliment to start. Drink lots of water, eating well (no skipping meals = nutrients), and you should be fine. It is normal to lose about 50 hairs each day. If you're still losing lots of hair after taking the supplement for three weeks, I recommend you consult a doctor. Hair loss may signal other health problems that have nothing to do with your diet.
