Weight Loss Surgery Exercise

How I can get free weight loss surgery?
I want to get the Gastric Bypass surgey, but there is no way I can afford and have no safe at this moment but would soon. I'm so desperate I'll do something on TV and yes I have tried to diet and exercise and not losing helpd weight. I am open to any suggestions. Thank you very much.
Seriously, I recommend you first isolate the reason why you can not lose weight through diet and exercise. Find out if there is any cause of aggravation, such as underactive thyroid, hormonal imbalances, etc, etc. Go see your doctor and get some blood tests. If at least you can isolate the cause, then you can attack from that angle. If you are still interested in the procedure gastric and you do not have insurance or money, then you are really against a brick wall. Another thing to consider is that most reputable doctors will not perform gastric surgery unless is a minimum of 100 pounds overweight for their height and age. Are you at that level?.
