Weight Loss Tea Programs

weight loss! I can not lose it and keep it off. Please help.?
Ok I have taken four years followed by New Year's resolution to lose weight. I'm 5'4 "and 260.! I do not want a pill, nor do I want surgery. I have tried smoothies that contributed to five pounds when I have recovered. I tried pilates 1.5 years and only lost 20 pounds in the first three months. I use to be 150, very muscular and not know what happened. I have low thyroid I am taking medicines. I try to work one hour every day. Please help does anyone know an exercise program that can help me? Oh yeah and I can not eat oatmeal and fruit healthy for breakfest. I eat fruit or broccoli for a snack, I lean chicken, brown rice, pasta or Roman for lunch. And dinner with my husband what he always does. I drink green tea and water. Soda probably once a week and eat fast food, probably twice a year.

I lost 25 pounds from July to October … It takes dedication and determination, but I found lots of help and support FREE at that site. I still go there to maintain my weight.
