I have been having a really hard time with this diet recently. I've been doing since the Second War, the February. It is now November and I've only lost 25 pounds! I know I should not complain because I could have won much more than w / o this program, but all other I know is doing an amazing job and has lost 50 pounds! I have 15 pounds to go until I got to goal, but we need new recipe ideas! I just eat chicken, shrimp and fish in the meat department and are open to any kind of vegetables, whole grains and others in the food. I have no problem w / breakfast but I'm having problems with things fast for lunch and dinner to look forward. I would appreciate if you also tell me how many end points of the recipe that way. Thanks!

I can give you some ideas …… 1 flour tortilla (soft taco size) (2) 1 / 4 cup spaghetti sauce (1) 1.8 cup of skim milk mozzeral cheese party (1) mushrooms, green pepper, onion (your choice all free) Preheat oven to 375 ingrediants layer as a pizza cook until tortilla looks done and the cheese is very rich … 4 pizza bubbling point. Also, if you like eggplant …… Med Eggplant 1 1 / 2 cup part skim milk cheese mozzerala / 2 cup of spaghetti 1 SACU eggbeaters 1 plus 1 whole egg pinch of crushed red pepper 1 / 3 cup Parm. Cheese (I use low fat) 1 / 2 cup bread crumbs Preheat oven to 375 again. Slice and skin of the eggplant (slices all the same size about an inch) Beat eggs in a bowl mix red pepper flakes, PVEM. Cheese and breadcrumbs. Dip each piece of eggplant in the eggs then the pepper, cheese and crumbs. Place on a baking tray and bake 15 minutes each side. Take our oven and then begin to layer of spaghetti sauce, eggplant, cheese, ending with layer of cheese. Bake for another 15-20 minutes. OMG it's fantastic! This eggplant recipe should serve as a 4. And only 4 points per serving. You can also put some mushroom between the cap too. I love it! For my lunch I've been eating oatmeal and toast, or I steamed broccoli, cauliflour, carrots and mushrooms at home then put in a serving lunch and forth to add a little butter and sprinkled even melt some cheese without fat in the superior. Very nice served with a turkey sandwich. Lipton soup cup only two points of a package, you have to cut a sandwich or roasted vegetables. Oh what else delicious is to take one or two slices of bread (low fat of course) put a little cheese and a tomato on top and toast in the toaster oven until cheese is home bubbles and bread is toast. It is only 3 points. Good luck with that last 15 pounds!
