Weight Watchers Lunch Points

Why is Weight Watchers points do not work for me?
I'm sticking to 18 points a day, doing two bombs and two Circuit training during the week and walk a lot on the weekends. I've been very focused on achieving goals and have stoped drinking too much alcohol. I'm 32 years old girl 5'6 "and wants lose 15 pounds to reach my goal of 136 pounds which allows me comfortable10 weeks, three weeks now and I've only lost two pounds. It is very frustrating and dishartening. Typical day: Breakfast – porridge oats 3 points; Snack – Apple 1 pt; Lunch – Plain light salad sandwich Philidelphia (muligrain bread) and fried 6pts Weight Watchers Cafe – 1 pt Rivita or fruit Dinner – Weight Watchers meal or chicken salad weaknesses June 1 pt 1 coffee and 2.5 liters of water Does anyone have any idea??
Do not sound like you are eating enough points. I think the minimum is 20. I know this sounds weird, but try to increase the points to 20, not 18. On the basis of how much you weigh, your points is supposed to be about 22. I would not go down because he is doing much exercise. In addition, make sure you are counting the number of points precision … without hitting (or if you take into account) or snacks that really means that you are eating more points you are recording but judging by what he said I think not enough. Also, how do you feel your clothes? You may put on muscle weighs more than fat but will not show on the scale. This can make think that you are not losing weight, but you really are. Maybe I should go to get a body composition test done to see what has changed? If you are losing fat and gaining muscle is going to look thinner without changing the scale. Dang Sometimes this scale can be horrible for us as women because we use it as one indicator for each thing and not necessarily as accurate as we can use. I would stick with it. Slow and steady. Focus on inches lost … not only scale. Scales do not give you the full picture. You sound like you have a good plan and know how much you want to lose and the amount of time to do it in. Keep it up and I'm sure clothes will look better and that the scale move. PS … Since they're on Weight Watchers … they have a scale that measures body fat composition. Maybe you can invest in one of them and see the changes in the muscle to fat ratio. Do not give up:) ..
