How the activity of the Weight Watchers points work?
I recently started Weight Watchers. I allowed 20 points a day I understand that you can save 4 per day (as the need to eat at least 16 points a day) you need 2 be used within a week. However, how the work activity points? Is it necessary to use or just save them? Is it necessary to use them twice a day, but stay at 16 points or can be saved mimimum for weekend extra points can? I have a step counter that tells me how many points im activity day get not only unsure of what to do with them both. Thanks
Activity points should be used on the same day on which interest accrues.
