The perfect diet, anyone?
Recently, a South American model teenager died of suspected malnutrition. How sad news headlines headlines and surprised the fashion industry. It happened just six months after its "size zero" sister starved to death itself in a diet of lettuce leaves and Diet Coke. Like her older sister, preliminary indications suggest he died suddenly of a heart attack as a result of malnutrition. These can range from severe headache for black output, low mental balances, including lack of carbohydrates — desperate to something as serious as heart failure and death.

Individual plans of the diet really depend on loss goals, individual health and weight. The best weight loss diet is one that will help you eat less, eat healthier and exercise more. The perfect diet should not fall into the deprivation, hunger, or worse, the loss of life. Losing kilos more and more pleasure in your life are the results real one perfect diet.
